Design for the users — not only the requirements

Exercising in empathy results in greater effectiveness for organizations and their services and products. UX design wants simply improve the human experience.

Aspects of psychology, sociology, computer science and industrial design are incorporated. Putting into practice is a question of time and resources and not least a question of mindset. Depending on the purpose of the product or service, UX may also involve content design disciplines such as communication design, instructional design, or behavior (game) design.

Today’s information environments can handle highly complex data. Still, the experience shows how essential it is for the user to maintain simplicity throughout the entire workflow.

Strong projects manage to combine information density and ease of use by putting the focus on user experience design. In particular, information architecture and interaction design, using wireframes, user flows, usability testing, to name just a few, assist in turning information overflow into a user-centered design.
